Session 1

INDIVIDUAL STRENGTHS

Starting first and foremost with ones understanding of who they are individually is the key to a better and healthier team. This sessions is about gaining insight of who they are, what they bring and their unique part they play within the team.

TEAM STRENGTHS

This session highlights and brings understanding to each others strengths and helps to cultivate team camaraderie and partnership. Based off your teams unique grid they will be able to identify how the team works best and what they need for optimum productivity.

A research study including 500 top performing CEO’s in the US, came to find 4 unnegotiable attributes of high performing leaders. This session is full of practical tips and insight as to how to take your leadership to the next level.

STRENGTHS BASED energy management

We all have those long and tiring days that leave us feeling quite exhausted but the reality is your whole being probably isn’t exhausted it’s more likely that some of your strengths are a little drained. This session focus’s on how to fuel your strengths for greater success.

A HEALTHY EMOTIONAL CULTURE

A study held between 2005-2008 with over 10,000 participants found that there were 4 key things that “followers” are looking for from their managers. This session dives into deep into the 4 components and how they play out within your team.

As a bonus addition, the team manager will receive a personal coaching session to enhance their strengths as well as insight into their teams strengths.
